INTERNATIONAL BUS STATION
My intention was a total separation between movement of pedestrians and buses, rewarding the first and organizing the terminal so that the building functions as a unassuming filter between both of them. I wanted to create an environment that welcomes the user: a platform for relationship and intimacy spaces enveloped in an atmosphere almost entirely defined by the particular quality of light passing through the object. Along with these general characteristics of the project, I want to emphasize other aspects that attempt to reduce the impact of the building in the environment, seeking to build a simple image construction, functional, with high spaciality, economic and ecological.

HOUSING
Within the flexible building structure different sizes of apartments can be realized. Family-homes and single-lofts are stacked around a central access zone consisting out of a collective hall with 12m-height and a courtyard above the hall. The residents are connected and encouraged to socialize within the open atrium space, which established multiple site lines throughout the building and put emphasis on setting a pleasant neutral environment, shared amongs by its users.

ARCHITECTURE SCHOOL
As a growth centre for future architecture, the main function of the building is to provide the framework for inspiration and innovation. One of the key objectives has been to create a bright and open study environment where everyone is part of the same room – only separated by the split levels and glass walls of the teaching rooms. This approach supports the opportunities for mutual inspiration and the close exchange of ideas, while on the other hand accents the importance of semi private zones.

HOUSE IN PODGORICA
In this linear orientation, the main volume is arranged, in a playful reconfguration of the traditional house, it becomes remarkable in the landscape.
Central block also allows the separation of two spaces that were to be independent: For the south-east, the private area, a corridor distributes the rooms and a small ofce, all of them with exterior spaces accessible through glass doors that balance the visual and physical connections to the landscape of each room.
