A cultural center was to be designed for the village to promote the culture and art creations by the fellow villagers for their daily income. The site was situated alongside an existing pond surrounded by numerous evergreen trees . Local materials are used in the construction of the cultural and art. The main goal of this Project is to build a modern gathering point for people from all over the world, to help preserve the culture and art created in the village of Raghurajpur, that can be adaptable to different contexts and where there will be an innovative atmosphere, where new technologies will play a very important role and that will try to inspire people to live in a more knowledgable way and aware of unique Indian heritage. Tiny Library Site loacted in Rural area. (Sangrun).Small village loacted on the outskirts of the city Pune, Maharashtra. Despite its importance, education is still inaccessible to many communities in remote locations around the world. Self-learning,especially through reading, is crucial for the society’s development. It is necessary to have places promoting education - and self-learning toeducate the local population within the closest proximity. It will make them accessible to gainful employment opportunities in theirhometowns and will thereby avoid the need for migration elsewhere. One storey Library building with a pond in the front yard and open activity/ reading space in the back yard.

User Analysis

Target Group :

Closed or semi-closed working places are rather popular in libraries. Most of users would like to work in more isolated areas. Wide usage of computer technology does not change much of the planning of user space, with exception on the size of readers' tables, which are planned much larger than in traditional libraries.

Housing for a Urban Educational Symbiosis Institute campus Sustainable housing needs to be designed to maximize occupant’s well-being and minimize the environmental load. The pursuit of combining these two different aspects toward sustainability is a goaloriented task. Green affordable housing is reasonably priced housing that incorporates sustainable features. The intent of this project is to design and develop building systems providing comfort for the users as well as it being environment friendly for taking into consideration that it is a student housing project on symbiosis campus in viman nagar, pune. Through code research, the new residence hall was to be developed starting with a building design strategy for an environment structure based on sustainability, resiliency and green housing. In addition to architectural design, other aspects like structural and mechanical design strategies, legal constraints, LEED s trategies and cost analysis are to be developed. Site is situated in viman nagar, in the Existing plot of an educational Institution namely symbiosis college. Area of the entire educational campus is :34.8 acre | 11150 SQM 14.1 hectare The alloted area for housing is 35917.5 sqm |3.6 hectare | 8.9 acres

GREEN HOUSING | 15 Design Parameters The following parameters explain the main concerns of the project design, which were considered on every step, following the hierrachy as listed below:

BUILDING LAYOUT AROUND PROPOSED SITE. The site is surrounded by residential areas on the north and east and institutional area to the east. There is open space towards the south and west.

India

E Low the Energy consumption

GREEN TREE COVER The lowest part of site is surrounded by green cover which is followed all the way towards south west. These tree help diverting the harsh winds coming from the west.

Symbiosis Institute, Viman Nagar

ROAD LAYOUT AROUND PROPOSED SITE

Altitude Area Climate Latitude Longitude Rainfall Population Relief Average temp. in Summer Maximum temp. Average temp. in winter Minimum Temp. Distance from Mumbai.

Create a healthy indoor climate

Make a flexible design, with the possibility of expansion

Use the sun heat

Create an accessible house to all users

Optimize the Daylight

Create a house where the users will feel safe.

Viman nagar has a very well connected route to highways and local streets which provides easy vehicular access. Entry to the site is connected from the main airport road.

SITE ANALYSIS Sun orientation to be considered when designing to maximize solar heat gain. Summer wind need to be used for ventilation and winter wind needs to be reduced. Using local wind patterns to maintain the temperature with the premises. Cross ventilation and green Balconies to be provided in every room to reduces heat island effect.

CONTACTLESS SOLUTIONS USED VOICE ASSISTANCE: The system would work much like a smart speaker or another voice enabled device, combining a wake work and command. Users wouldn’t need to try and press a button with their hands full, or strain to reach a high up button if they are in a wheelchair, there’s no concern about touching a surface that may have germs on it.

USE OF COPPER ON HANDRAILS & MAIN DOOR Living Bacteria

Dead Bacteria

Copper, through cuporous oxide, kills teh germs with kill mechanisms available at any time it comes into contact with the living cells. It stands as the best material to prevent the user from getting in contact with the harmful bacteria that may have ben set on the surface of the copper railings or the copper main door.

MOTION SENSOR: The motion sensor is also called as an infrared sensor. it is an electronic device, which emits in order to sense some aspects which are happening in the surroundings. An IR sensor will not only measure the heat of an object, but will also detect the motion. Therefore the user may be able to minimize the risk form spreading contact disease.

VENTILATION INLET THROUGH THE PANELS

SCAN & REACH: The QR ( Ouick Response) code based identification allows the user to simply Sacn QR Code on your Mobile for gaining access reduces cost and installation time. Highly convinient for tech savvy users as they can meet great tech - solutions in just one scan.

Ventilation is the most vital aspect in the elevator design . AC systems for air in elevator cars are important to the comfort of occupants that use building elevators. In this design, the air inlet smoothly merges into the side panels. The hot air rises up and its taken out by air exhaust outlets from the ceiling.

Ceiling Design

Flooring Design

Handrail Design

False Ceiling has a basic rhombus pattern with fibre board ( 8mm), PU coating(polyurethane), mirrors in alternative pattern, which enhances the car even more. LEDs are an ideal light source because their rugged design can with stand the vibrations and motions of the car. LEDs running along the panels. Lux inside the car is 200lux.

The natural durability of stone makes it ideal for highly trafficked areas like an elevator. A strong and rugged material. In case of contact with water can be cleaned easily. Cost effective, Workability, Easy maintainace.

Handrail on either sides of the car. Solid copper with polish finish. Mainly used as copper has microbail agent which is 900 mm above flooring level. Polyamide panels provide a realistic implementation of the complex detail design for its character of high precision, firmness and surface smoothness. Extremely strong and lightweight.

Beyond the aesthetics, this elevator design offers functionality in terms of convinience, utility and security.
