Stanza alla Stanza – Senior Project Concept: Senior research thesis based on retail design and the psychology behind the retail experience. By designing spaces individually, the main building was created one room at a time from the inside out.

Products sold within the “House” are chosen by incorporating high-status opinions from the community in a process that takes place in the Voting Room (second floor). Within the socially elite atmosphere, the showrooms begin a new process of luxury retailing and redevelop the retail experience. The House eliminates consumer choice and replaces it with simply the best product.
