To all the brave leaders out there, This is the first MEA regional conference in the history of AIESEC, and Egypt is blessed to have won its bid for hosting the cotenant on its soil. Furthermore, this is also the first time we ever host a regional conference after just delivering one last year which gives us more thrust than ever in making this conference the greatest home run AIESEC globally has ever seen. We are looking for a team of functional leaders, individuals who are capable of taking an area of responsibility and skyrocket it, elites, who are either the best in a specialty or think they are the best and were waiting for this opportunity to prove it. Responsible for cash management related to all conference spending budgets. Involved in delegates check-in in coordination with CE. Responsible for cash reconciliation at all cash collection points. Receipts and controls all records of financial transactions during the conference. Controls financial policies and procedures.
• Makes the necessary research to get the logistical requirements in good quality with the lowest prices. • Makes arrangements to transport delegates from and to the conference. • Ensures the presence and functionality of all necessary equipment during the conference.

• Each project head will be fully responsible for organizing 2-3 special events that will happen before/during the conference. • Designing agenda and flow of all SE such as opening cerement, global village, Egyptian night, gala dinner & closing ceremony. • Venue management, raising partners for special events, and managing relations with venue partners. • Agenda management ensure timely execution of all events according to what's planned. • Preparation of study tours pre and post the conference. • Special events team and volunteers management.

• MEA XLDS will be a 5-day conference taking place at Cairo during the first week of April 2017. • Managers and project heads positions are part time positions that require a minimum of 15 hours of online work per week. • At least 1 physical meeting will be held weekly for the residents. • All the team including the internationals should be physically present/available in Cairo one week prior to the conference. • Work in CC is mostly based on synergies so you can expect cross-functional tasks and communication. • Project heads and teamsters do not receive salaries for their work.
