Jack Hill retired from the IBM Corporation after 42 years in the Information Technology field, which also included employment with the Federal Government and small businesses. Hill’s business background includes business unit management, technical sales management, project management, and software engineering. He has worked with several industries, including Fed-eral, state and local government, legal, retail e-commerce, and most recently healthcare and life sciences. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s in telecommunications policy both from George Washington University. Hill’s parents were both residents of Covenant Woods.

Glenn Millican is retired CPA and held positions as director of Planning and Community De-velopment for New Kent and Hanover counties; owned and operated a private business in Hanover and Henrico counties; worked in cash management for a Fortune 250 and held several fi-nancial and management positions with the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is a graduate of the College of William & Mary, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of Richmond. He has undergraduate degrees in accounting, art history, English literature, and a Master of Commerce. Millican was a member of the Hanover Rotary Club, the Mechanicsville Ruritan Club, Old Dominion Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (a nonprofit conservation foundation preserving wildlife habitat throughout the U.S.); and served on the Board of Directors for Metro County Bank. He has been involved with community service in Hanover County for over 34 years, serving for eight years on the Board of Directors for the Pamunkey Regional Library, two years on the Hanover Board of Assessors, and 24 years on the Hanover County School Board. He currently serves as treasurer for ReachCycles, a nonprofit charity that provides free ambulatory equipment for disabled children.
Linda Pearson
Linda Pearson serviced as a psychiatric clinical specialist and assistant director of Nursing at MCV. She earned a graduate degree in accounting at Virginia Commonwealth University. As a CPA, she has held roles as a consultant, budget director and the last 20 years as the chief financial officer for the MCV Hospitals/ VCU Health System. Pearson obtained a degree in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master’s degree in psychiatric nursing from Vanderbilt University. She has been an active volunteer in many community organizations and has served on the following Boards: The National Kidney Foundation, Make A Wish of Virgin-ia, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Children’s Hospital Board, Family Lifeline and The Woman’s Club.

Michele Satterlund
Michele Satterlund is an attorney with McGuireWoods and a registered lobbyist with McGuireWoods Consulting in Richmond. She recently was recognized by Virginia Lawyers Weekly as part of its 2019 inaugural group of “Influential Women of Law,” and received a Bur-ton Award in May 2019 for her innovative legal writing. She currently serves as the president of the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association.
