Creativity's the winner. Always ... Creating is our world. We see things differently: slicker, newer, cooler, faster, somehow better, crisper, brighter, more appealing, more engaging, inspiring. Creativity can improve, enhance, extend, help you see the world differently. But at its best, it transforms. We create: we test ourselves. In public. To create is to say, I think this is interesting. And if it’s commercial, I really hope you do too. It’s deep in the soul of creators to have their creativity tested. To put their thinking forward and have others interpret as they will. So just imagine having that very creativity tested and recognised not just by you or by your team; not just by your clients or by your customers; but by your peers..?

What better area, in short, for independently-judged Awards than the creative, tech and cultural sector..? And that’s what we’re recognising and celebrating tonight. Tested creativity. Excellence in multiple areas. Inspiration. All the decisions tonight have been made by a panel of independent judges chosen across many creative areas. Hard calls, nearly all. Enjoy tonight. Welcome to the Creative Bath Awards and Summer Party! The Awards are hosted by Greg Ingham, Creative Bath founder and chair and Stephanie Winnard, All About Creative. STEPHANIE WINNARD is All About Creative. As an ambassador for the creative industries (CI) she tirelessly champions the significance of the sector to the local, regional and national economy. In particular, she works to educate 7 - 11 year olds (KS2) on the breadth of careers available with the aim of supporting a talent pipeline to finding rewarding and ambitious roles in the CI sub-sectors. Stephanie is a post-production producer for Streamland Media specialising in natural history documentaries. She is a resident at The Studio in Bath where she works on innovation in the createch space, and she is the director of All About Creative offering creative consultancy services to business alongside her ambassadorial role. Stephanie is now working with Creative Bath to support Creative Bath ‘2.0’ aiming to ensure we support what is important to our community. PLEASE NOTE Our Judges were recused from assessing any category where they had a direct personal interest in a Finalist ABIGAIL BRANAGAN Enterprise and Innovation Hub Manager at The Studio at Bath Spa University Abigail has worked in the cultural and creative sector for over 25 years, having previously worked for organisations such as the Crafts Council and Cockpit Arts. She manages The Studio in Bath, which provides support for local micro businesses. BEN VEAL Founder at Second Mountain Communications Ben Veal is the founder of Second Mountain, a specialist comms consultancy that helps purpose-driven businesses and charities. A creative and strategic thinker with 15 years’ experience, Ben has worked with household names across the technology, charity, food and drink, property, healthcare and lifestyle sectors. He’s also a passionate content writer and former freelance journalist, the CIPR South West’s regional chair and a Chartered PR Practitioner.

ELIOT SHINER Co-founder at Bind Media Eliot is the co-founder of Bind Media, a multiple award-winning paid media agency, based in Bath. It works with brands to supercharge their online growth through a range of services, and prides itself on carbon-positivity and supporting charitable causes globally. KATHERINE RADERECHT Management Consultant Katherine’s background has rooted from a career at Future Publishing, responsible for a wide range of portfolios. After being brand director at Prezola, Katherine works as a management consultant on brand and marketing strategy for a range of media companies. SARAH MOON Managing Director at Frank & Moon Sarah Moon is an experienced marketing professional working with businesses to achieve their goals with strengths in marketing strategy, business development and collaborations. Sarah’s had a career in a variety of sectors with previous positions at the Abbey Hotel, HUB XV, Bath Rugby and the Royal Crescent Hotel.
