Serves 4

175g Greek yoghurt

175g single cream

200g condensed milk

50ml rose essence l Mix all the ingredients together and pour the mix into desired containers. Steam at 100ºC for 25 minutes. Allow to cool. l When cold, keep in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours andit is ready to serve.

Bhapa doi or sweetened steamed yoghurt is prepared in a similar way to a crème caramel, but without eggs.
