All our artists are also trained in key listening/engagement and facilitation skills so can assist in crowd engagement and conversation formulation as well as provide a summary of the information being collected throughout the day. We see ourselves as a support and enhancement of the communication and facilitation process.
Event Services Visual Minutes: Live Capture Artist-Facilitators work together writing down, organising and illustrating key words and phrases.
Digital Minutes: Digital Live Capture Our team includes ‘graphic-tablet’ artists, who can produce digital drawings in real time for digital event platforms such as Live Meeting, Adobe Live and other Webinar / Web Conferencing tools. For an example of this in progress please click here. Using Live Streaming technology, we can deliver Visual Minutes to distant locations for multiregional events.
Presentation Enhancement Our PowerPoint enhancement can range from the production of a few key images to the full animation of each slide. We can even create mini movies and animations to embed into the slides. Example:
Beyond Powerpoint Using Presentation Pillars we create images which fit around the speaker to provide an artistic backdrop that you can refer to during your presentation. This can be done with simple pre-drawn visuals, or we can even provide a team of artists to draw your ideas around you, capturing the whole presentation in ‘real time’.
Interactive Conference and Convention Stands Make your stand, stand out!
Starting with a blank canvas, our team of artists capture comments from delegates either based on a 'set question' or general feelings on a subject area. Comments are captured by the artists and incorporated into one big image. Guests are involved form the start. Interactive stands can fit into any space and are a great networking tool that helps you to find out more about your audience. Create something fun that is not often seen at any other events and works very well with social media. Twitter commentary can be easily added, and The Interactive Stand, with it’s blend of personal interaction, novelty value and visual presence is always among the most photographed and ‘shared’ at any event where it features.
Event Services Caricatures and Personalisation We offer a personal caricature services. This can be created as prep work or on site as part of an event. These images have been used to personalise event promotional merchandise as well as gift bags, eBooks and emailed as photos after the event.
Event added value Facilitator / C oordinator Support Group: As part of our event services at no extra cost we offer the following service extras: • F acilitator / Event Coordinator support team: We understand that it can be hard work to facilitate and coordinate events. As all our artists are trained in core facilitation techniques and practices and have worked at many events – they are aware of the process and can identify elements key to facilitators and coordinators and then feedback on these at regular intervals. • R eal Time Evaluation: We believe that there is a powerful effect in evaluating events as they are happening. We create evaluation exercises at the start of an event, allowing tracking of how effective the session is and providing opportunities for delegates to get more of what they want during the event, rather than when it's over.
• S ummation: Our team can help keep track of key points through the day by providing a ‘summing up’ of what has been discussed, revisiting of key actions which need to be achieved allowing delegates to step back and see the bigger picture. This can happen at the end of the day or repeatedly at key junctions. • E ngagement feedback: Feedback forms have poor response rates, are inaccurate and take a long time to process. As interested outsiders, our team can provide an overview and answer any questions on levels of engagement and if engagement was achieved during a session.
Post Event Added Value: We have developed a series of options which make any images captured continue to work for you after the event:
• V ideographer(s): We can film your event and record and interview delegates to create a spectacular post event video.
• F lexible Boards: Our mural canvas is light and foldable meaning you are welcome to keep the mural boards and display them at future events or even in your office or conference room.
• S top Motion Film (Click for example): We can create a stop frame film of the murals being created and key elements of the event as a bespoke video, highlighting key points briefed by client. Music, logos and even a voice over explanation can be added. Interactive links can also be included into the video which provide further explanation or take the user to a website or Event eDoc.
• H igh res images of all artwork: We can photograph boards in place, or bring the boards back to our studio for perfectly lit photographs. Boards can be couriered back to you within 3 working days. Interactive links can also be included into the image which provide further explanation or take the user to a website or eDoc. • M erchandise: We can create on the spot or pre drawn personalised merchandise, caricatures, images, logos or key symbols on mugs / mouse mats and any other promotional giveaways. • P ost Printing: We can re-print the image on to any size canvas, postcard, poster, sticker, mouse matt or T-shirt and most printable materials.
• E vent eDoc or interactive PDF (Click for example): We create an interactive eDocument using content from you and mix of the images and key visuals captured on the day to send out to delegates (this could include a link to the video you are creating of the event and other key information). Again the design and features are bespoke to your needs. • P ost-event Rich Picture: Using the content captured live on the day as a first draft, we analyse the findings and provide a visual summary of the overall event KEY MESSAGES. This image will be restructured to better display the key findings, themes, trends and information collected on the day and the artwork will be cleaner and more polished.
