Hello! How are you in these peculiar times? Are you finding a good balance between spending time online, looking at the screen, and the rest of life? Perhaps it's a little bit simplified, but we often speak to students about these topics. Most of us know what to do when we have a lot of studies to get through; we need to eat healthy, take pauses, make sure we move our bodies, make time for social interaction, and, of course, sleep well.

But why is it so hard to achieve?

Sometimes the simple, small things are the most difficult to embrace. When we are stressed, feel low, and are not allowed to see friends and family that we need in order to keep well, cognitive abilities can decrease. Decisions are more difficult to make, routines are harder to keep up with, and our patience wanes. At the Student Health Centre, we meet many students that struggle with these problems. Sometimes it can be helpful to get some support around these issues; it seems so simple but can actually be quite tricky. We are here to support you; do get in touch to discuss any difficulties you might be experiencing.
