You can even use a hand sanitizer to get rid of the germs. • Taking vaccines is another way to avoid getting infected with flu. • Adequate sleep and eating fresh veggies and seasonal fruits can also help you to prevent the viruses. Other than prevention, if anyone is affected by the virus, that person can be cured through treatment. Here are some of the tips that you can try to get rid of cold or flu in the first stage: • Staying at home and taking adequate rest is the best way to treat the common cold.

• Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated. • If you find that the cold or flu is still persistent, then you need to visit a doctor soon. The doctor might prescribe you the needed antibiotics and pain relievers. Take the medicines on time and get well soon.
