Location and Description

The H10 Berlin Ku’damm opened its doors in mid-March 2011 and is the first hotel of the international hotel chain in Germany.

The modern 4-stars hotel is centrally located a few steps from the famous Kurfürstendamm, the main shopping Boulevard in the City West of Berlin and within walking distance of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and the ZoologischerGarten considered as one of the main attractions of the town.

The hotel preserves a historic facade of the city created between the well-known German architect’s office Kleihues+Kleihues and the famous Andalusian designer Pedro Peña, responsible for the interior of the hotel. It consists of 175 comfortable rooms and suites, in its new building. Additionally in its historic building - formerly a 19th century school - are located 24 Superior lofts.

The H10 Berlin Ku’damm has 7 large soundproofed rooms that are perfectly equipped for holding events, conferences and seminars. 5 of the rooms have natural light and some of them feature large windows typical of the historic buildings of Berlin. The hotel also offers alternative spaces for events such as the spacious Steps Bar which can hold drinks receptions for up to 120 people and the outdoor terrace that is ideal for drinks receptions and private events in summer.
