Beau Treyvious Le’Jordan Copeland, affectionately known as Trey, is the son of Taneka Copeland and Darrius Dudley. He attends Greater Bethel M.B.C. where he serves on the Usher Board and ministers through mime. A senior at Gadsden County High School and dual enrolled at Florida A&M University with a high school cumulative GPA of 3.98/4.72. Beau Treyvious will attend Florida A&M University as a Pharmacy major. While in school, Beau Treyvious is more than a student. He is the Student Body President and current Mr. Gadsden High School. He is also President of the National Honor Society, National Beta Club and African Amer- ican Culture club. Treyvious also serves as an Ambassador for the FAMU Trio program, and is a member of the National Society of High School Scholars and F.S.U. Stride. He is also participating in Distinguished Young Gentlemen where he currently serves as President. He is also an active volunteer of the M.L.K. Committee of Chattahoochee and also spends numerous hours volunteering at Chattahoochee Elementary School. He intends to become a Pharmacist. He is being escorted by Quintera Safford. Beau Jermaine Edwards is the son of Harold and Talethia Edwards and the brother to seven siblings. He attends Celebration Baptist Church where he serves on the worship ministry team as a musician and worship leader. He is a senior at Leon High School with a high school cumulative GPA of 3.9. Beau Jermaine will attend Southern University as a Worship Ministry major. While in school, Beau Jermaine is more than a student. He is in the Leon High School Band as the French Horn Section Leader and the Leon High School

Capital Singers as the Bass Section Leader. He is also a part of the Madrigals and the Spanish Troupe. He is aware of his community and civic responsibilities by being a member of and participating in Youth Leadership Tallahassee and Alpha Leadership. Beau Jermaine intends to become a Worship Pastor and Leader. He is being escorted by Nia Nicole Terry. Jermaine’s guiding scripture/quote for life is, “Seek the kingdom of God above all else and live righteously and he will give you everything you need,” Matthew 6:33.

Beau Shamir Mehki Franklin, affectionately known as Mir, is the son of Patrick Sr. and Simone Franklin and the brother to five siblings. He attends Family Worship and Praise Center. He is a senior at Amos P. Godby High School with a high school cumulative GPA of 3.0. Beau Shamir will attend Florida A&M University as a Mechanical Engineering major. While in school, Beau Shamir is more than a student.

He is a former football player. He is also aware of his community and civic responsibilities by being a member of and participating in Omega Lamplighters, Incorporated. Beau Shamir intends to become a mechanical engineer. He is being escorted by Scheyer Franklin. Beau Shamir’s guiding quote for life is by, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., “If I can’t do great things. I can do small things in a great way.”

Beau Brantley Gibson, affectionately known as Brant, is the son of Erik and Lametra Smallwood and brother to one sibling. He attends Celebrate New Life Tabernacle Church. He is a senior at James S. Rickards - I.B. Program with a high school cumulative GPA of 3.9. Beau Brantley will attend North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University as a Journalism and Mass Communications major. He is a member of the Rickards’ track and field team, cross country team, a student photographer, and is a member of the school’s multimedia club. Beau Brantley is also a member of the National Honor Society and has previously been a member of the French Club, and Speech and Debate Club. He is also a member of Tallassee Chapter of the Kappa League where he currently serves as the President. He also serves as the President of the Tallahassee Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. Finally, he is a member of Stemount, a student-led organization that aims to promote interest in STEM among minority students in Leon County. He is being escorted by Amaya Waymon. Brantley’s guiding quote for life is, “I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone, there will be nothing. Only I remain.

Beau Miles Davis Johnson, affectionately known as Miles, is the son of Heather and Michael Johnson and the brother to one sibling. He is a senior at FAMU DRS and dual enrolled at Florida A&M University with a high school cumulative GPA of 4.15. Beau Miles will attend Harvard as a Pre-engineering major. While in school, Beau Miles is more than a student. He is a member of the National Honor Society, the Beta Club and serves as a senior class secretary of the Student Government Association. He was also named a 2022 Sunshine State Scholar and was certified in Agricultural Ed- ucation Services and Technology in 2021. He is also a certified Taekwando instructor and has earned rank as a third degree, Level III Black Belt. He is aware of his community and civic responsibilities by being a member of and participating with First Harvest and helping distribute food to the community. Beau Miles intends to become an Aeronautical Researcher for NASA. He is being escorted by Mariah Faustin. Mile’s guiding quote is: “If you lay siege to a town, you will exhaust your own strength.”
