2018-2019

BIM-Digital campus As a part of Digital Campus initaitive by Algonquin college, Data point cloud was captured using mobile lidar scanning. I was a part of Envelope modelling team and responsible for substantial part of Building Modelling. Size of the project: 90 acre Software used- Autodesk Revit.


2017-2018

Green Architecture- Sustainable house. Team lead for Eco-Design course, to create a sustainable house. The house features 20� thk denim insulated walls, ERV, Radiant flooring, Hemp plaster. Extensive research was done on renewable materials used in the project, climatic responsive design considerations and energy modelling. Size of the project:130 sqm. Software used: Autodesk Revit + Sefaira + Lumion


2017-2018

Green Architecture- Meditation Center. Vipassana Center in Montebello, QU was an adaptive re-use project. The buildings’ initial use was a boarding school. The scope of the project included retrofitting walls and renovating to create meditation hall, dormitories, and residential building extension. Lanscape issues in the project like storm water run-off, Gender segregation and fire truck access were also resolved. One planet living evaluation was done for the project for sustainability criteria. Size of project: 600 acres Software used: Autodesk Revit + Sefaira + Lumion


2015-2017

Ajay Mengi & Associates- Banquet Hall In outskirts of kathua city, a 2500 sqm banquet hall was one my projects as a Project Architect. I was responsible for Design development, construction documentation and coordination of sub-contractors. The project inculded party halls, suites, green-rooms, and kitchen. I was also coordinating with sub-consultant landscaper for oudoor stages, food court and entrance Features. Size of project: 2.5 acres Software used: Autodesk AutoCAD + Revit


2015-2017

Ajay Mengi & Associates- Apartments 10 apartment buildings comprising of 1BHK, 2BHk, & 3 BHK for a newly developed neighbourhood. The project also features a club house and stilt level parking. My role on the project as a Junior Architect was to develop conceptual level drawings for client presentation and design development. Size of project: 15 acres Software used: Autodesk AutoCAD + Revit

Vikas & Nilima Bhosekar-Suyojit Viridian Villas The project was a Integrated mega township project, 15km from Nashik city. As a junior architect on the landscape project, I have worked on detailing of outdoor areas to create a set of Landscape detail drawings- Material plan, setting out plan, flooring plan, vegetation plan, etc. Below is an example of entrance porch for sculpture garden in the township. Size of project: 1500 acres Software used: Autodesk AutoCAD + Sketchup

Freelance Work- Interior This was a freelance work as an interior designer. The main objective was to renovate the house and create a more exciting space. The client required space for entertaining guests and therefore the solution was to combine the public and semi public areas into an open plan space. The main focus of the living room in this residence was the false ceiling design which was designed to be vibrant and colourful. Size of project: 1000 sqm Software used: Autodesk AutoCAD + Sketchup


2014

B.Arch- Animal Shelter (Thesis) Animal Shelter was a research based thesis designed to reflect on the findings of research of animal shelters across 3 cities. Learning from the case studies I was able to evaluate design considerations. The final design was a space for community learning of street animals. Design features included low cost construction using local materials in vernacular architecture, existing vegetaion was retained and the design evolved around them and animal specific enclousure design. Size of project: 5 acres Software used: Autodesk AutoCAD + Sketchup + Photoshop


2013

B.Arch- Interstate Bus terminal Jammu is the Winter capital of Jammu & Kashmir state. Relocation of Bus terminal from city center to suburban location was an oppurtunity to design the entrance to the city. Design Features include sustainable use of project as a community space rather than just a terminal. The roof of the terminal was designed with green roof and PV panels that are used to create a lighted skyline. Since Jammu is known as the city of temples, i have tried to capture the essesnce of temples through lighting. Size of project: 20 acres Software used: Autodesk AutoCAD + Sketchup + Photoshop
