doesn't include any of these things, which might inflict damage to your already-poor credit rating:


1) Charge - offs. These are credit card accounts and loans, which have been disregarded or written off by your lenders.


2) Debt collection records. Have you got debt collection records in your credit files? If you do then it means your lender has determined to sell your credit account to a debt collection agency – all because of your reckless payment customs.


3) Public record information such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, tax liens and even court judgments. But what does each item mean?
