Pretend he or she's a lawyer or law enforcement officer. 9. Publish a consumer's address or name on a "bad debt" list. 10. Use abusive or profane language employed in the course of communication related to the debt. 11. Seek unjustified quantities. 12. Report false information on a consumer's credit report or threaten to do so. 13. Communicate with third parties about the character of debts (other than the customer's spouse or lawyer).
