We perceive our earth as a protected habitat but there is no onehundred percent safety for it. Unexpected cuts in our lifes make us perceive time differently. An example of natural incursions into our life cycle are environmental catastrophes. At this moment, everyday life pauses because the focus is on survival. The extent of these cuts become aware only when nature has destroyed entire cities and debris remains.
