Barangaroo South, Sydney
Lendlease was selected in December 2009 as the developer for Barangaroo South. Set on 7.5 hectares, this once in a 200-year opportunity combines innovative office space, premium retail and waterfront living. Barangaroo South is targeted to be Australia’s first large scale carbon neutral community, pioneering a new era in sustainability.

220 Central Park South, New York
Located along Central Park South, this tower rises to 65 floors, comprising of 150 luxury units with unprecedented views of the city. Designed by famed architect Robert R. Stern, the building will have a porte-cochère, a wine cellar, swimming pool, dining and fitness rooms. It will be completed in 2017-18.

Elephant & Castle, Southwark, London
Set on 28 acres of land across three sites, our Elephant & Castle regeneration project is set to breathe new life into a special part of Central London. Lendlease is working in partnership with Southwark Council on this £2.3 billion project. When complete it will have delivered over 3,000 new homes, 50 new shops, restaurants and cafes as well as over 1,000 new trees, ensuring this project will set new standards in sustainability and world class urban design.

Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Rafael Viñoly, with luxuriously appointed interiors by Jeffrey Beers International, the commanding 55-story tower offers 130 distinguished one to four bedroom residences showcasing thrilling panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. Amenities span two floors with a lobby library, an entertainment suite featuring a bar and private dining room with catering pantry, a fitness club opening onto the furnished Fifth Avenue Terrace, a games lounge, and a kids’ club.

Formerly known as Carnegie 57, this 75-storey skyscraper is located at 157 West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan. It stands at 1,005 feet (306 metres). The building has 92 condominium units on top of a new Park Hyatt Hotel with 210 rooms. Amenities include an indoor pool, private fitness centre and performance room.

The quality of Denton Corker Marshall’s work is recognised globally by peer and industry groups through a significant collection of awards, including the Australian Institute of Architects Gold Medal.

Designing the public realm and landscape at Melbourne Quarter Aspect Oculus is an urban design and landscape architecture studio creating public spaces throughout Australia, New Zealand, the USA and South East Asia. The studio has a commitment to projects that bolster social interaction and public amenity, that are delightfully individual and that respond sensitively and cleverly to their environment. Aspect Oculus’ involvement with Melbourne Quarter extends its long-standing collaboration with Lendlease.
