March 27, 2009 Haven Fry Melco Industries Inc. 1575 West 124th Ave. Denver, Colorado 80234 Haven, I just wanted to write you a quick letter to say how much we love our AMAYA XT machines. As you know, we do things with our machines that are a little different from standard embroidery, to say the least. We used a large SWF machine and had reached the limits of what it was able to do when we called you. We have run our machines for over a year doing some of the toughest jobs you can imagine. I am very sure that these machines were never designed to sew conductive textiles through metal conductors at 1200 stitches a minute, but they have, and performed flawlessly. I wont go into detail about exactly what we demand from our machines, but I will sum it up by saying that it is brutal at a minimum. Not only does the AMAYA sew at twice the speed of our older SWF, but also thread breaks are a rarity now. The innovative top feed design for thread tension allows us to produce electronic textile hybrid circuits with excellent speed and reliability. Thanks to yourself and Melco for helping us. Your machines have become an indispensable part of our technological innovation.
