OPEN SPACES SYSTEM
AGRICULTURE’S DEVELOPMENT OPEN SPACES SYSTEM
There are 48 hectares of soil type VI, which have moderate fertility and good drainage, with depths greater than 100 meters, which favor the cultivation of vegetables, fruits and flowers as tangerine, taro, lemon, banana, orange, yams, passion fruit, yellow corn and sugar cane.
Areas not suitable for agriculture will be used for forestry, pasture planting, organoponic and hydroponic cropping.
Represents an area for research and technological innovation, which is one of the cornerstones in the Agro Technology Park. It will be the central connection point within the entire system and it will also serve as breeding ground for flowers and musaceae.

About 80% of Venezuela’s population lives in areas of high seismic hazard. Given this fact, it was performed an environment analysis to calculate how high is the risk and which zones are not suitable to be constructed. Besides, the flood risk was also evaluated in order to calculate the proper distance between the river and the buildings.

During my years in college I have had the opportunity to design posters, cover books and logos for my projects. This has allowed me to enjoy one of my passions, graphic design, giving this hobby a significant use for the tasks in my career.
