Kill Your Fears
& Get What You Want!
In this issue we focus on helping readers get a Full Body Upgrade but sometimes our fears can get in the way of achieving our fitness and sexy body and confidence goals. I’ll admit it I’ve had to overcome many fears on my way to achieving goals in my life. A fear of training intensely for fear of hurting myself or a fear of losing weight and being abandoned socially due to my healthier eating habits or the fear of getting onstage and competing in fitness and figure shows and of course the fear of leaving a bad relationship or job for something better. But I learned how to overcome my fears and achieve my goals. Whether losing 65lbs and becoming a pro Ms. Fitness competitor or leaving a job I didn’t like and having a dream career as the President of a Sports Nutrition company[#19 on Inc magazines Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies in America] .
So what are you afraid of? Learning how to overcome fears of failure can be challenging for everyone. Fortunately, all fears are learned. No one is born with fears. Fears can therefore, be made to go away! Fears cause people to avoid risk of any kind and to reject opportunity when it is presented to them. They are so afraid of failure that they are almost paralyzed when it comes to taking any chances at all. There are many other fears that interfere with our happiness. People fear the loss of a relationship. People fear the loss of their jobs and their financial security. People fear embarrassment or ridicule. People fear rejection and criticism of any kind. People fear the loss of respect or esteem of others. These and many other fears hold us back throughout life… Fear is a terrible emotion that undermines our happiness and can hold us back throughout our lives.
Here are 4 simple techniques to help you kill your fears and get what you want in life:

I know the struggles of weight since early as age 11 - I had been overweight from fear of success & fear of failure
After I lost 65lbs 1) Imagine That You Are Unafraid By visualizing yourself performing with confidence and competence in an area where you are fearful, your visual image will eventually be accepted by your subconscious mind as instructions for your performance. 2) Fake it By using the “act as if” method, you walk, talk, and carry yourself exactly as you would if you were completely unafraid in a particular situation. 3) Use Consistency The rule of consistency says that “If you feel a certain way, you will act in a manner consistent with that feeling.” But if you act in a manner consistent with that feeling, even if you don’t feel it, the rule of consistency will create the feeling that is consistent with your actions. 4) Go Toward The Fear When you identify a fear and discipline yourself to move toward it, it grows smaller and more manageable. What’s more, as your fears grow smaller, your confidence grows. Soon, your fears lose their control over you. In contrast, when you back away from a fear-inducing situation or person, your fear grows larger and larger. Soon it dominates your thinking and feeling, preoccupies you during the day, and often keeps you awake at night. When you force yourself to face any fear-inducing situation in your life, your selfesteem goes up, your self-respect increases, and your sense of personal pride grows. Run TOWARDS Your Fears,

For pizza dough, use 1 white pita round or cauliflower crust. Caulipower brand pizza crust is our fav! Place on pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread a spoon of olive oil on the dough, sprinkle on pizza seasoning or just use red hot or pepper flakes.

Then use 1-2 tbs pizza sauce & spread to edges. Could also use pesto, bbq sauce or just the olive oil).
Indoor Oven Time; Place pizza on pizza pan or baking sheet on bottom rack for 11 minutes x 350 degrees move to top rack x 525 broil for final 3 mins. to crisp toppings.
Add your toppings then sprinkle cheese mix of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses [can use Daiya soy cheese if lactose allergies] over the pizza. One more sprinkle of salt + spices.
Outdoor Grill Time; Put it in for 3 mins and check bottom - it may need additional 2-6 mins based on how hot.
