The Brief
Formerly a Chinese restaurant with a
confused layout, the goal was to improve the connection between all the different areas, with a central bar as a statement piece. It
was essential to the project to create a space comprised of fine dining, drinking and
lounge areas as well as the external. grounds.

The Brief
The objective for this project was to
transform an old boozer into a food-led
destination pub and to convert it’s 10 rooms
into a boutique style hotel. Wanting to reflect
upon the buildings Victorian heritage and pay
homage to its great historic past, the scheme aimed to combine antique furnishings and

The entrance lobby is a reflection of Victori-

This already popular bar, in the financial
district of Paris, needed a heavy face lift in order to soften and brighten up the interior.
