Top Five Activities Keeping Me From My Goal
These activities were formed through daily repetition until they became habit. You do them without even thinking about it. These activities were formed through your paradigms. And they are keeping you from living the life you desire.
Go back to that list, cross them out, and next to each one, write down the exact opposite activity that would be in alignment with your focus goal. For example, if you wrote: “watch TV,” the exact opposite would be “make care calls” or “work-out.” If you wrote, “scroll social media,” the exact opposite would be “study mindset material and write down goals.”
