Before you write your self image statement, I would like you to identify the paradigms that could block the fulfillment of that image, events lurking in your mind that cloud the mirror. To attract the very best, you must FEEL your best. To feel your best, you must look your best. Not just your physical appearance, but how YOU see the image of yourself. When you look in the mirror, are you seeing the most pristine version of yourself, or is it still a bit clouded? Do you see the reflection of how you think others see you, or do you see the reflection of the person you want to become...the person you will be once the goal is achieved? If a paradigm still has its hold on you, the voice inside your head won’t match the words you speak of your goal. When this happens it’s easy to feel like an imposter. To release the grip of “Imposter Syndrome,” we need to clean up the paradigms that are clouding your vision. When you think of the core areas on the next page, what are the biggest things holding you back? For this exercise to work, you need raw honesty. Go ahead, write it down.
