basi6 PA R A D I G M S | W E E K 2 Now that we have a full week of activity in our journal for how we start the day, I think you can definitely see a pattern. Now, let’s take a highlighter and start to organize these activities and understand how they are controlling your results in life. Remember your goal sheet from the first week? Take it out, and look it over. Any activity from your past week that was directly in alignment with your goals, highlight in GREEN. Any activity that deliberately will keep you from your goals, highlight in PINK. Any activity that is supportive of family as part of a daily routine, highlight in YELLOW. Any activity that is supportive of your self care, highlight in BLUE. How you start your day, sets the tone FOR your day. How does your morning routine put you in the spirit of your goal and keep you aligned with focus as you move forward?

What activities are you discovering are keeping you from achieving your goals, and how are you going to change them?

What activities are you going to bring INTO your morning routine to increase your awareness, your frequency, and bring you into greater harmony with your goal?
