Veggie Prep Tips

• Wash produce and peel veggies (if necessary) before spiralizing.

• Produce must be at least 1.5"/3.8 cm in diameter, but no more than 3"/7.6 cm in diameter to spiralizer.

• Use the hopper as a guide to measure the length to cut your produce before spiralizing. • To avoid excess moisture in produce with high moisture content, spiralize your veggies into a bowl, sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5–10 minutes. Strain before using. • Spiralize produce at optimum peak for best results. (Not too soft, not too hard.)

• Place produce in center of pin on the inside of the blade cone, attach veggie holder by pushing into produce and lock into place. Now, you’re ready to spiralize!

continues, produce might be too ripe to spiralize.

• Produce with large pits in the center or a hollow center will not spiralize and can do damage to the blade.

Did You Know?

• Use brush to clean blade cones, veggie holder and hand wash to preserve the sharpness of the blades.

• Save your leftover veggie bits and freeze them for later use. Try adding them to soups and smoothies.
