LADIES GOLF ASSOCIATION (LGA)

Membership is open to all BCC female golf members with Season golf privileges. We welcome female golfers of all skill levels. There is no handicap requirement to join.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Ladies’ Golf Association (LGA) is to create, promote and oversee playing, instructional, and social opportunities for all BCC female golf members.

Committee Role

The role of the LGA Committee is to provide vision for and work with all organized ladies’ golf groups and events, and in accordance with the mission statement and the USGA/ R&A Rules of Golf, to encourage participation and friendly competition at all playdays, tournaments and events for female golfers of all levels.

BCC’s LGA Twilight Golf League is played on Thursday evenings and is a season-long competition and social event. All female season golf members are welcome and do not need to be a member of the 9 or 18-Hole group. All participants will be billed at the beginning of the season.

Each night will be flighted by handicap and the number of flights will be based on the number of participants, up to three flights. Points will be awarded low gross and net winners depending on participation, as well as low putts per flight. Your points will turn into Golf Shop credit after the closing night on September 28.

BCC’s Couples 9 & Dine is played on a mixture of Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. It is a fun format of golf with two couples paired to compete and is followed by a buffet dinner and awards. The group will be flighted, depending on participation. Sign up with another couple or be paired by the Golf House.
