WHERE DID YOU STUDY?
I have an Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, a Master’s from Rice University, and an Artist Diploma from the University of Memphis.
WHEN DID YOU COME TO MEMPHIS?
I came to Memphis is 2012.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU TO MAKE MUSIC FOR MEMPHIS?
It’s a pleasure to be able to make music with the MSO and to be able to foster the next generation of Memphis musicians through my work with the Memphis Youth Symphony Program and the Memphis Music Initiative.
WHAT HAS IT MEANT TO YOU TO MAKE MEMPHIS YOUR HOME?
Memphis has been very welcoming to both Andre and I since we moved here. It has offered us plenty of opportunities to grow as musicians and it’s been very rewarding to contribute to this welcoming community through teaching and performing.
