我们雕塑研究所介绍 我们的雕塑研究所成立于2003年9月，研究所的全称是“北京市人文空间雕塑研究所”。研究所的前身是“北京 建筑艺术雕塑厂雕塑研究室”，圈内称 “北雕研究室”。 天安门人民英雄纪念碑竣工以后，在周恩来总理的关怀下，1958年成立了北京市建筑艺术雕塑厂。建厂伊始， 作为厂属的雕塑设计力量就有了北雕研究室。四十多年来在该研究室工作过的新老雕塑家近30位，他们以勤奋的创 作，丰硕的创作成果为中国雕塑事业的繁荣和发展作出过卓越的贡献。因此，北雕研究室曾经是全国雕塑界公认的 一支劲旅。 从1998年至2003年的五、六年的时间里活跃在该研究室的中青年艺术家将纯雕塑理念和纪念性定式拓展到了公 共艺术领域。从1998年的《‘98步履——北雕研究室十人雕塑作品展》开始，在朱尚熹、许庾岭、赵磊等人的倡 导、策划和组织下逐步创建了北京“步履艺术群体”。搭建了一个艺术创作的交流、展示和对话的平台，步履艺术 群体取得了很好的当代雕塑研究与公共艺术学术成果。与此同时他们又及时将成果运用到了社会的公共艺术项目 中，得到了社会的认可和赞誉。应改革和改制的需要，2003年秋这些艺术家在北雕研究室的基础上成立了北京市人 文空间雕塑研究所。这就是我们研究所的由来。 我们年轻的雕塑研究所在新的市场机制下参与社会高雅精神产品的创造，为美化当代都市空间作出了巨大贡 献。我们编辑这本画册的有这样一些目的：向关心和关注雕塑艺术的人们介绍我们的研究所、宣传我们研究所的艺 术家、展示我们研究所以及人才的综合实力、同时也是对我所艺术业绩的一次深度梳理。

INTRODUCTION Founded in Sep. 2003, our sculpture institute has a full name of “Beijing Culture Space Sculpture Institute”, which was once called “The Sculpture Institute of Beijing Architecture Art and Sculpture Factory”, or “The Institute of Beidiao” in the inner field. In the completion of the People’s Monument in Tiananmen Square, Beijing Architecture Art and Sculpture Factory was founded with the support of Premier Zhou Enlai in 1958. In the beginning of the history of the factory, the former sculpture designing force formed “The Institute of Beidiao”. In the period of forty years till now, there have been nearly thirty sculptors once worked in this place. They have made great contribution to the prosperity and development of the Chinese Sculpture by their studious working and abundant production. As a result, “The Institute of Beidiao” had once become a wide accepted strong force in the field of Chinese sculpture. In the period of five or six years from 1998 to 2003, the active sculptors in youth in this institute expanded the pure sculpture ideas and its memorial formulary to the field of public arts. Since the beginning of “’98 Step—Sculpture Exhibition of Ten Sculptors in the Institute of Beidiao”, “Beijing Art Group” was founded on the initiation, planning and organizing by Zhu Shangxi, Xu Yuling, Zhao Lei, etc, who build a platform for intercommunication, exhibition and conversation about art creation. In the matter of fact, the group has archived a lot in the academic field of post-modern sculpture research and public arts. In addition, they have made a good use of these gains to the public arts projects in society in time, so they were accepted and recognized by the society. In the need of reformation, the sculptors founded “Beijing Culture Space Sculpture Institute” on the base of former institute in Beidiao, which is the beginning of our institute. Our new-born institute has participated in the creation of elegance art works in the new market mechanism and has made much contribution in beautifying urban spaces. The goals of editing our works collection are to introduce our institute to the persons who focus on sculpture arts, to publicize the sculptors in our institute, to set out the integrated strength of our institute and people, and to carding in depth toward our art achievement at the same time.

朱尚熹 Zhu Shangxi
中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会会长、中国雕塑学会常务理事、全国城市雕塑指导委艺委会委员、中国美术家协会雕 塑艺委会委员、北京美术家协会雕塑艺委会副主任、四川美术学院教授。从艺多年，在城市雕塑、公共艺术、肖像雕塑 等领域有突出表现，创作经验丰富，经常参加一些国际交流活动。 Chair-man of The Sculpture Professional Committee of China, Member of Sculpture-art Committee of Chinese Artists Association, Board member of China Sculpture Institute，Board member of Art Committee of National Urban Sculpture Construction Committee of China, Deputy Director of Sculpture Committee of Beijing Artists Association, professor of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. 杨金环 Yang Jinhuan
中国雕塑学会会员、中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会会员、全国城市雕塑设计资格证书持有者、国家二级美术师。杨金环擅 长公共环境艺术的创作与设计，并且对大型雕塑的施工具有丰富经验。经常参加海外雕塑艺术的交流活动。
Member of China Sculpture Institute, Member of The Sculpture Professional Committee of China, Sculptor who is reword the Qualification Certificate on Urban Sculpture Design by National Urban Sculpture Construction Committee of China, national Secondary Master of Fine Arts. Yang Jinhuan is quite good at public environment sculpture design, and has rich experience in large scale urban sculpture construction. He has participated several international sculpture symposium overseas, in recent years.

许庾岭 Xu Yuling
中国雕塑学会会员、中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会会员、全国城市雕塑设计资格证书持有者、成都川音美术学院 雕塑系主任、教授。许庾岭在公共艺术的研究和创作实践等方面有突出成就，其作品在北京及全国其它城市建立。近 年来他还在中国当代艺术领域非常活跃，创作了不少具有观念性和装置性的作品。 Member of China Sculpture Institute, Member of The Sculpture Professional Committee of China, Sculptor who is reword the Qualification Certificate on Urban Sculpture Design by National Urban Sculpture Construction Committee of China, Director and professor of sculpture department of Chengdu Academy of Fine Arts. 宫长军 Gong Changjun
2000年毕业于中央美术学院雕塑系硕士研究生课程班。中国雕塑学会会员、中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会会员、全 国城市雕塑设计资格证书持有者，国家二级美术师。由于他长期对景观艺术和公共艺术的研究，使他的相关作品具有很 高的专业水准。他的雕塑和摄影作品曾多次在国内外获奖。 Gong Changjun， Graduated form the post graduate class of sculpture & public art at sculpture department, Central Academy of Fine Arts, 2000, is the member of China Sculpture Institute, the member of The Sculpture Professional Committee of China, the Sculptor who is reword the Qualification Certificate on Urban Sculpture Design by National Urban Sculpture Construction Committee of China, national Secondary Master of Fine Arts. Because of his studying public art and environment art for years, his pieces always be acknowledged a quite high professional level. And also his sculpture and photograph works gains awards from time to time overseas.

我们的公共艺术学术活动 Our Academic activity of Public arts & our public arts projects
公共艺术虽然是舶来品，在中国晚于城市雕塑，但是由于它的人性化和公众性特点使之成为当今注重以人为本 的社会中的宠儿。公共艺术的发展在我们的社会里不言而喻。 我们研究所的公共艺术成就分为两个方面，一是以“步履”艺术群体为载体而策划和组织的公共艺术学术展示 活动，二是面向社会承接的若干公共艺术项目。早在本世纪初，我们就策划和组织了公共艺术展示的学术性活 动，它们分别是《2000阳光下的步履——北京红领巾公园公共艺术作品展》和《2001林间步履——北京雁栖湖景 观雕塑作品展》。这两个展览在当时的北京市的雕塑界也是很前卫的，对后来的北京公共艺术的发展产生了积极 影响。通过组织的两次公共艺术学术活动，我们获得了很多学术成果和实践经验，随后我们将这些成果和经验运 用到了面向社会承揽的公共艺术项目中，为社会创作出了许多注重参与性，充满人性关怀的，为广大公众喜闻乐 见的公共艺术作品，美化了都市与社区环境，取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Although public arts are exotic object, which came to China after urban sculpture, its focusing on humanity and public make it become a well accepted one in this people-oriented society, so the development of public art is on its way. In this aspect, our achievement in public arts are mainly in two aspects, one is the academic exhibition activities in public arts which were planed and organized by the “Step” art group, while the other one is the social public art projects which were carried out by the institute. In the beginning of this century, we organized two activities called “2000 Steps in Sunshine—Public Art Works Exhibition in Beijing Honglingjin Park” and “2001 Steps in Forest— Landscape Sculpture Works Exhibition in Beijing Yanqi Lake”, which are advanced ones in the sculpture field at that time and we gained abundant of academic production and practical experiences from them. After that, we made good use of them to our social public arts projects, and we have created many well accepted works which are people-oriented. They not only beautify the urban and community environment, but also receive well social and economic benefits.
