We are committed to giving back to Menorca. In 2024, Menorca Preservation and Engel & Völkers Menorca have launched, what we aim to be, a powerful collaboration with a focus on creating lasting and significant results.

Situated at the centre of the western Mediterranean, Menorca offers a stunning combination of climate, coastline, and landscape. Declared a UNESCO natural Biosphere Reserve on October 8th, 1993, Menorca’s preservation lies at the heart of Engel & Völkers Menorca’s social mission. For this reason, Engel & Völkers Menorca, has decided that beyond our daily operations, we will also seek to prioritise giving support to Menorca Preservation; a local non-profit foundation aiming to preserve, protect and restore Menorca’s natural habitats. Engel & Völkers Menorca is allocating both time and financial resources to this foundation to be channelled into local projects focusing on Menorca Preservation’s four key pillars: Land, Sea, Plastic, and Renewable Energy, aiming to safeguard Menorca’s environment and its unique natural beauty.

• Actively participating in the movement to reduce plastic usage and promote sustainability.

• Engaging in volunteer work within the local community, supporting charitable initiatives.

• Advocating for and promoting sustainable practices to preserve Menorca’s resources for future generations.
