USING THE DAILY PLANNER

Start every day by opening your daily planner Record your tasks, appointments, and obligations for the day. Prioritize your tasks by assigning them priority levels. Update the planner throughout the day to track progress and add new tasks

Use the weekly planner to get an overview of your week. Plan important appointments, meetings, and activities in advance Identify focus areas and give each day an overarching goal Use the weekly planner to track the progress of your weekly goals

Use the planner to take meeting notes Record important information, discussion results, and action steps. Add tasks that arise from the meeting directly to your daily or weekly planner to ensure they are completed

USING THE WEEKLY PLANNER TAKING MEETING NOTES USING THE PRIORITY MATRIX

A priority matrix helps you assess your tasks based on their urgency and importance. Use the matrix in your digital planner to categorize tasks into categories such as "urgent and important", "important but not urgent", "urgent but not important", and "neither urgent nor important". This helps you focus on the tasks that have the greatest impact on achieving your goals

Exhale on 3

Start at the bottom left edge of the triangle. Run your finger up the side while taking a deep breath. Hold your breath for three seconds as you slide down the other side. Exhale along the bottom of the triangle. Repeat until you feel peaceful.
