Features • All AVID ® products are suitable for NAMUR mounting to actuators EasiFix ® Switch Adjustment • Vibration resistant self-locking cams are fastened to a splined shaft and can be set by hand in seconds. Since there are no set screws, the cams will never slip out of adjustment ModMount ® Assembly • All AVID® Position Monitors are directly mounted to the actuator by a low-profile mounting assembly • An easy access terminal block having two extra points for solenoid valve integration provides for simplicity of wiring and economy of space. HiVue ® Local Visual Indicator • The ER model has robust, corrosion resistant and transparent screwed cover giving clear local indication • Models XA, ZR and ZR Plus are fitted with a HiVue® impact and corrosion resistant beacon, capable of displaying exact valve position from any quadrant at distances of up to 50 metres

A comprehensive range of Analogue Positioners offering ease of calibration, performance verification and intelligent communications.
EaziCal IR The EaziCal IR analogue positioner is the first of its kind having calibration either by simple AutoCal push button or remotely by implementing an infrared signal from a handheld. The clear polycarbonate cover allows for an infrared signal to be received by a sensor located within the enclosure, thereby beginning the calibration procedure. The entire procedure is completed within a few minutes. The infrared capability allows plant operating personnel to avoid placing themselves in unsafe situations while recalibrating installed equipment.
SmartCal intelligent positioner The SmartCal intelligent positioner feeds back accurate valve position without the need for linkages, levers and rotary or linear seals. Position sensing information using non-contacting means, permitting use of advanced control strategies where knowledge of valve position is used in predictive and other algorithms. • ATEX certified II 2 G • Now available for Foundation Fieldbus • Transducer, resource, AO, AI, DO, DI and PID blocks included • Full diagnostics • Host system compatibility with Emerson, Foxboro, Honeywell, Smar and Yokogawa
