Overview: This program will present the requirements for recording Injuries and illnesses as required by OSHA. There have been recent changes in the law which all employers and employees must be aware of and that will be discussed during the presentation. The course will also detail what constitutes first aid v. medical treatment. It will demonstrate the forms used to collect data and how they are used. Examples of various workplace injuries and illnesses will be presented to highlight the importance of keeping good records. The presentation will show how to maintain the records and the requirements to have written documentation of programs such as light duty policy.
