THE SITE IS CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTER 4 THE SITE IS ON A CLIFF THAT LOOKS OVER GIZA NEWGIZA is the first and largest integrated upscale development in Egypt. Spanning over 1,500 acres, the development is strategically located in the 6th of October district, around 23 kilometers outside of Cairo, on Cairo-Alexandria Road Upon completion, the project will encompass a total of ten neighborhoods. Greenery is of key importance throughout the development and within each neighborhood - with 87% of NG’s total land planned for open space and wide streets. In the main concept is movment as the players ake three stages to hit the ball using physics rules which reflected on the form that took 3 ups and downs an a spiral in the med to represent following the physics rules AS IS THE CASE WITH OTHER GREAT CITIES, CAIRO IS LOCATED ON A MAJOR RIVER: TH E NILE HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED AS THE SOURCE OF LIFE FOR EGYPT SINCE ITS CIVILIZATION BEGAN. HISTORICALLY, THE NILE CORNICHE PLAYED A CENTRAL ROLE IN TRANSPORTATION ALONG THE RIVER CORRIDOR. TH E CORNICHE IN ITS CURRENT FORM SERVES AS THE PRIMARY NORTH-SOUTH ARTERY FOR CAIRO’S CONGESTED TRAFFI C, AS WELL AS THE SITE OF AGING INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES, COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES, RESIDENCES, AGING OR INADEQUATE PEDESTRIAN PROME NADES, INFORMAL HOUSING SETTLEMENTS, AND FERRY STOPS.
