1 A minimum embroidery order consists of no less than 24 pieces. All orders that are less than these minimums will be assessed a Less Than Minimum (LTM) charge of $50.00(A).

Headwear Pricing

A minimum screen print order for headwear consists of no less than 48 pieces. All orders that are less than these minimums will be assessed a Less Than Minimum (LTM) charge of $50.00(A).

PMS Color Matching.......................$20.00(A) each custom color

Over/Under Policy..........................2% margin of error allowance

Rush Charges...........................rush charge for less than five day production is 30% of total order

Basic terminology used for our cap styles

PROFILE Refers to the crown height of the cap above the visor. There are generally 3 types of cap profiles:

1 Low Profile 1 Medium/Mid Profile 1 High Profile

STRUCTURE A baseball cap can have buckram or stiff fabric behind the front two panels of the crown giving it structure & therefore it is called a structured cap. An unstructured cap has no additional support behind those front two panels. If you take a cap off your head & set it down on a flat surface, a structured hat will continue to look the same & generally keep its shape. An unstructured cap will collapse slightly without your head in the hat supporting it.

CLOSURE Adjustable baseball caps have closures on the back of the caps that allow you to adjust the size. Types of closures include:

1 Adjustable plastic snap tab, sometimes referred to as a snap back

1 Fabric strap with two piece hook & loop closure

1 Stretchable hook & loop closure

1 Fabric strap with antique sliding buckle
