The pillar served as a symbol of the emerging housing developments and is seen as a potential source of positive feng shui for the new communities.

The dragon's body is formed from numerous red, green, and pink porcelain pieces identical to Chinese rice bowls.

Fun Fact!

Toa Payoh, in the Hokkien dialect, translates as 'big swamp' (with 'Toa' meaning 'big' and 'Payoh' meaning 'swamp'). The name takes reference from the large swampy area that the town used to be.

The Crest Playground is built on a slope that will make you feel like you are hopping and climbing about a “big swamp”!

The highlight of this big playground is these long tube slides! do observe the shapes of these slides carefully!

Stepping stones and climbing structures for children to have fun and challenge themselves!

Purple or Yellow?

Can you match these slides to their respective colours? Let's see how well you remember your SHAPES!
