MERGE plans, produces and executes both small intimate gatherings and large-scale special events, corporate parties and weddings. MERGE has the capability, resources and knowledge to develop, coordinate and manage your special occasion.
For almost 10 years the MERGE team has been designing and executing spectacular Corporate Events, Fundraisers, Galas, Product Launches, Weddings, Promotions, Birthday Parties, and much, much more. What makes us unique in the industry is the breadth of our team and in-house resources. In addition to housing a large inventory of distinctive lounge furnishings, linens, event decor and props; we also house a floral design studio, skilled carpenters, graphic artists designers and a sewing studio. Our designers are Accredited Event Designers (AED) with certification from The Institute of Wedding and Event Design - IWED (North America’s premier hands-on training and certification course ). With a dedicated team of event professionals including Sales, Design, Event Coordination and Production, MERGE is uniquely positioned to create event environments that are sure to WOW.

The Plymouth Jazz Festival: Over the years MERGE has built a world class live entertainment / events production and design team for large scale festivals, concerts and events catering to over 20,000 patrons. We service a variety of areas for such including but not limited to:

Bollywood Movie Set Design 2008: As the preferred local Set Designer for the recently released Bollywood Blockbuster “Dulha Mil Gaya” featuring Bollywood’s superstars Sushmita Sen and Shahrukh Khan, we produced several set designs in both Trinidad and Tobago including a 100ft. decorated Pier, furnished several of the houses featured in the movie and staged a birthday party setting with live entertainment.
ISLAND PEOPLE MAS 2008 Band launch – SAHARA Theme : Over the past years ISLAND PEOPLE MAS has become synonymous with Trinidad and Tobago Carnival. With over 5,000 masqueraders each year it has grown to be one of the largest bands in the country. Responsibilities included: • Band Launch Design / Layout • Registration and Distribution Management • Road Management for both masqueraders and trucks • Sponsorship • Monthly Activities at the Camp • Hiring of staff for the Camp • Management of Costume Production Angostura Rum Carnival 2006: In 2006 Angostura Launched its Angostura Butterfly Rum to the World at the World Cup 2006 in Germany. Involved in organizing this launch we were responsible for not only securing venues in both Munich and Dortmund to host free events, but also managing all travel, hospitality and accommodation arrangements for the featured local artistes Destra Garcia and her band, Maximus Dan and Dawg Slaughter. At this event Trinidad and Tobago Carnival was also showcased with models in Carnival Costumes and steel pan were performed. Both events were very well received. The planning and execution of this project was our sole responsibility including infrastructure, vendor selection (sound, stage, lighting) branding, giveaways, product distribution as well as all legal aspects such as City and Environmental Permit authorizations.
