Investment Optimiser is an exclusive program from Meridien Group that combines the financial benefits of NRAS with Energy Income Smart Solar to deliver market-leading results for select property investment clients.

NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme) is a collaborative program between the Commonwealth Government and State Governments to increase the supply of affordable housing to Australian families.

How NRAS Works Properties are approved for participation in NRAS based on Government assessment of needs in the community Once approved, the property remains in the program until the NRAS term ends (fixed date) Eligible tenants rent the property at the discounted rental rate under standard lease agreements The market rental is set by registered valuers The NRAS rebate is indexed to rental CPI and is paid annually; 75% with your tax return 25% from State Government (Aug/Sept by EFT) NRAS incentive payments are paid on a pro-rata basis if the property has not been in the program for the full year
