Meridien continues to expand its range of services to meet the changing needs of our clients. Along with offering a complete portfolio of American home furnishing brands, the company supports international buyers with financial and global logistics services for efficient and seamless transactions.
Combining years of industry knowledge and experience, with a menu of services aimed to simplify the international buying process, Meridien now has established customers in more than 80 countries in all regions of the world.
Our professional interior design staff members assist customers with residential and commercial projects including selection of products, space planning, CAD drawings, visual merchandising, and site visits for installation.

WHAT TO EXPECT the meridien experience
WHOLE-VILLA DESIGN Please trust our expert designer's best picks to make your villa beautiful and functional.
TIMELINES Meridien will implement project milestones; the key factor in forward movement is prompt feedback from you - our VIP client! We make every effort to meet desired instal dates.
COMMUNICATION The Meridien team will be accessible and ready to answer questions. We will keep you up to date on all aspects of your project.
PAYMENT No work will begin without receipt of design deposit. All furniture orders will be invoiced at 50% deposit, balance prior to shipment. There are no refunds or returns. Late payments will delay project. Delays will result in storage penalties.
LOGISTICS Let Meridien prepare a shipping plan for you. Our international export team will handle the task of coordinating your shipment and preparing the necessary export documentation.
THE HANDOVER Our local furniture installation team will ensure everything is handled safely and placed correctly in your home. Please be prepared to be away from the villa up to 4 days during this process.
initial connection Let us review your project requirements to determine how best to proceed. Prior to any commitments, we ask that you share the following details: - Product wish-list with images - House/Room ground plans - Photos of your home (interior and exterior) - Measurements of existing home interior goods you wish to keep - Digital copies of wall/floor/carpet samples Our Design Consultant will assist you with product selection, interior design, and measurement conversion - with today's technology, our service can easily translate via emails, phone calls, and Skype conferences. However, should you feel it necessary to have a more hands-on experience and visit us in High Point, North Carolina then you are most welcome!
Once your product selections have been made your Account Manager will provide you with a pro forma quote for final confirmation and wire transfer instructions.
NORTH CAROLINA DESIGN CENTER INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WELCOME! Our High Point, North Carolina office is equipped with a state-of-theart design studio. We have everything you need to complete your home design project. Our design center also displays an eclectic mix of home furnishings from Meridien's select partner vendors.

What to know HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE? Product selection may take a minimum of 3 weeks; the production lead time averages no less than 8 weeks with an additional 4-6 weeks for shipment all is subject to product availability.
HOW WILL I COMMUNICATE WITH MY MERIDIEN TEAM? All communications will be held via email for official records. Your designated Meridien team will be accessible via phone as needed and within reason.
HOW OFTEN WILL I BE UPDATED? Following the confirmation of goods, you will be routinely updated with status reports, by brand and item.
CAN I CANCEL GOODS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Once the pro forma has been confirmed and wire transfer verified, we process your orders. No cancellations are allowed.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY LOGISTICS PLAN?
Once 85% of goods have arrived to the Meridien warehouse we will begin to alert with logistical plans. When all is ready to ship, we will notify you of the exact freight and insurance charges.
HOW LONG WILL INSTALLATION TAKE? Installation will take two days per container of goods received. Please anticipate to be out of your villa for about a week for installation.

Installation is often the most overlooked aspect of a project but holds the greatest risk for damages to your luxury investment. allow our team to do the heavy lifting to avoid minimize damages.
