First apply a black eye liner with Black Velvet between the eyelashes. Apply Blue Azure directly above the edge of the lashes. Deep Turquoise * Novoxx Black is a deep black eye liner pigment especially for sensitive skin. We recommend always using Novoxx Black on tender, thin skin. Novoxx is an extract obtained from the shell of oysters. Novoxx has been used already for some time in the medical world for breast transplants, artificial hips and other implants. It prevents immune reactions and infections. It works as a natural antibiotic. Which is why Novoxx Black is highly appropriate for sensitive skin.
