Meristem Floral specializes in large scale installations, as well as unique ceremony arbor and chuppah designs. We also offer floral for engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, send-off brunches and more. This guide was created to inspire you to let love bloom with your wedding florals.

OUR PROCESS You’re engaged! Now what? Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!! We encourage couples to reach out to us to discuss your floral design needs once you have a few things decided upon: your date and venue, of course, but other helpful details to know include your dre ss and bridesmaid dress designs, your reception floor plan and your guest count. If you have a good idea of what you’re looking for, let’s chat! Our typical process is the following: CONSULTATION: Let’s get together for a cup of coffee or tea and talk about the vision you have for your wedding blooms! During your complimentary initial one-hour consultation meeting, we’ll discuss all the details about your Big Day: favorite flowers, style and design. Not local? No worries, we regularly conduct consultations via phone and video chats. PROPOSAL: Based on our consultation and your feedback on your favorite blooms and greenery, we’ll put together a customized proposal with estimated costs for you to consider. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT: When you are ready to reserve your date, you’ll need to sign and return our contract with a 50% deposit which reserves your date on our calendar. FINAL BALANCE: Your final balance is due 30 days out from your Wedding Day. At this time we’ll also discuss logistics for delivery and set-up/breakdown. 3

BRIDAL BOUQUET The bridal bouquet sets the tone for the entire wedding and will be the single-most photographed floral element. Styles vary and range from tight and compact, to loose and organic, to cascading and more. Your bridal bouquet should represent you and your wedding day perfectly!
