Proposal: To conduct the 2023 Chan and Pure Land Virtual Light-offering Dharma Service.

Description: In upholding the Buddhist spirit of unconditional compassion and loving-kindness for all, Fo Guang Shan Monastery is the organizer, BLIA Chunghua the institution-in-charge, and BLIA chapters and group members (branch temples worldwide) the co-organizers of this event. By conducting this online prayer service, we pray for world peace. Procedure: 1. Time of Dharma Service: (Taiwan) March 4-5, 2022, Saturday-Sunday at 4:30 PM

2. Participants can watch the service from BLTV or BLIA World

Headquarters YouTube channel at home, putting on their haiqing and precept robes in attendance for diligent practice. 3. Relevant procedure will be announced separately. (P. 30)
