ENTREPRENEURSHIP F E L L O W S P R O G R A M one of the most innovative undergraduate entrepreneurship programs in North America, right here in Baltimore Is this program for you? This program is a new way to educate the next generation of entrepreneurs. You’ll learn in a small-group setting with other student entrepreneurs and work with faculty who will inspire and challenge you. As part of your experience, you’ll be mentored by expert entrepreneurs who have already done what you want to do: launch and grow a new business. If you are already thinking outside the textbook, the University of Baltimore Entrepreneurship Fellows Program provides you with the support and direction you need to earn your bachelor’s degree and launch your business. You are eligible if: you are ready to start the program during the fall semester of your junior year you complete required general education and lower-division business courses before you enter the program you are a full-time day student.

Apply to the University of Baltimore at www.ubalt.edu/apply. 2. Apply to the Entrepreneurship Fellows Program at www.ubalt.edu/gazelles. You’ll hear from the University of Baltimore’s Offices of Admission about your admission to UB before you hear from the Merrick School of Business, but we’ll be in touch as soon as possible—don’t worry! Because this is a highly competitive program, in addition to completing an application you may be asked to attend a one-day, on-campus interview with faculty and local entrepreneurs.

n. high-growth firms that generate most of the new jobs in an economy, for example by doubling their revenues every four years, and that include at least 20 employees; they’re led by expert entrepreneurs who have a minimum of 10 years of startup experience and who have participated in taking at least one company public.
How will you benefit from the program? When you are accepted into the Entrepreneurship Fellows Program: you’ll be on your way to earning your B.S. in Business Administration degree, and you’ll launch your own venture by the time you graduate you’ll be eligible to receive a renewable scholarship equal to the value of full-time, in-state tuition and mandatory fees you’ll be paired with a mentor who’s a successful entrepreneur you’ll learn from faculty with both real-world startup experience and academic training from some of the best business schools in the world you’ll be participating in a two-year, highly structured program with like-minded ambitious entrepreneurs you’ll earn the distinguished title of Entrepreneurship Fellow, which you can list on your business cards you’ll have a chance to compete for venture seed money you’ll have work space in the Attman Hatchery and support from UB’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation you’ll become, upon graduation, a member of an alumni network that is 26,000 strong.
