The market in the Northern Adirondack Park is a bit different today then previous years. Demand has weakened, mortgage rates have doubled and inventory has dwindled. But, is it all doom and gloom? We think not! We still see incredible value in Adirondack real estate. Falling in love with our area isn’t hard and living here is even more special. The big question we all face is when will supply return? Although it’s hard to predict, we see the market essentially returning to 2019 levels with a balanced supply and demand by the 2nd quarter of 2024. Until then, it will continue to be a Seller’s market.
