Physical structures such as bridges, parks, districts, neigborhoods, are defined physical city and infinite data is produced in every second and a parallel city which is produced help of relations these data, can be defined as a virtual city. In this study, city is defined as an organism occurs overlapping virtual and physical cities. Places on the way of daily routes of citizens and intersection points of these routes with other individuals... Each person has a right to express himself in places can be defined as public space. As individuals express themselves in public spaces of physical city, they can express also in public spaces offered to the individuals by virtual city. It can be seen marginalization, development, transformation, components of the city as every organism. Individuals cannot be effective on these transformation and atrophy. A network is called ‘Space Hackers’ is designed, in order to organize events to open urban closures in accessible to people. A person post closepoints according to his/her own closeness definition and then organizes events to open these closeness with grouping other members of the network. It is defined as hacking spaced.

To hack a space, Space Hacker develops events to unleash the predicted potential of space, thus space is provoked other than intended use. During opening closed points, physical city and virtual city contact and create a pattern turned into each other. It is started from the concept of play as a method of individual selfexpression. As a result of play having general principles instead of spontaneous rules giving play flexibility, being open to participation, dynamism and providing a free platform to express themselves, it provides individuals interpretation public space with method of play. Space Hacker, while hacking uses parameters of space as input of events, so events have changeability depended on the city dynamics. It is possible to hack using different medias with opportunity of materiality and immateriality. Every space hacker is an illegal architect and creative user. Space Hacker network is a platform where these individuals can convert their words about city into action and open others response. Hacked spaces being near areas, hacking simultaneously different points of the city, after current event and reflections of continuing transformation on the region and becoming a part of daily life, create fluid, dynamic cities. Thus it is expected more democratic cities in which every individual can stay their own words.

The project is located ‘Sanayi Mahallesi’ where is close to Maslak, business center of Istanbul. There are mostly workshops in the area. Project aims to create a public space as well as an urban sport center. Thus, the spaces such as stadium, offices, galleries, sport halls are attached to a structural system and connected by a yellow circulation system. In parallel, public spaces such as outdor courts, public terraces, skate bowl and surfaces, climbing walls are attached to system, and connected by a purple public circulation which is independently from yellow circulation. Also, the topography is formed by surfaces to allow to skate and urban sport.

Kasımpasa is an important district of Istanbul. To create an urban housing system on an area which is defined by a huge wall in between the Taksim and Kasımpasa. Minimum space, to insulate yourself from city and to involve as much as you want, generate your house by your own, spaces that can be vary according to users... There are three main vertical circulation systems and houses that are attacted these circulations. The roads on upper levels which connect these three circulations. A system which allows to user to create their own houses by different material-system combinations.

4.The Microcity of Questions
3.Flying Microcity
5.The Microcity of Music
2.Crystal Microcity 1.The Microcity Without Scale
At the beginning, the universe has consisted of five microcities and the voyagers who travel between them. The life styles which became unproductive and dull due to the flow of everyday life have been replaced by extraordinary life styles which are different from each other, full of experiment and in every single moment of which you can have another unique experience. Each of the five microcities that constitute the universe at the beginning has got unique features and rules. From the plants and animals that live in the microcities to the atmospheric conditions, everything can be different for each microcity. Each microcity perpetuates its existence independent from the other ones. But, again, each of them has its own experience for the voyagers who visit it. The moving roads interconnect the microcities. Thus, they don’t have precise locales. Which microcity the voyager needs, the moving roads will guide him/her to that place anyway. All the people in the universe are voyagers. Each voyager is the leader of his/her own life. The voyager spends his/her lifetime travelling from one microcity to the other. The sense of ownership doesn’t come through the objects but it finds its meaning in the experience that the voyager gain through his/her travels. The most important thing that a voyager has is his own inner world which is enriched by the experiences that he/she has in the microcities he/she stopped by and from the voyagers he/she came across during his/her travels. All the voyagers are alone on the way. He/she comes across with different voyagers in the microcities he stopped by. However, dependency to another voyager or a microcity is out of question for a voyager. He/she gets what he/she gets and then leaves when the right time comes. It’s each voyager’s own decision where to stay and how long to stay there. 1 week for some cities, 1 month for some others… This while can even be as long as 13 years, but the only rule is that it can’t last forever. The voyager can’t belong to anywhere. Each voyager leaves the city having gained attainments which are different from each other. If it’s time to leave already, the gate appears and the voyager finds her/himself on the moving roads again, on the way to discover a new microcity. The voyager can’t know where the roads reach, the roads just move, up and down and up…Then, a hole appears and sometimes aspires the voyager as light; the destination is a new microcity which means new experiences for the voyager, new creatures… As a result of her experiences she/he also will change once more. The voyager creates a universe in herself as a result all of the experiments, travels, people she/he has met and shared experiences with. Each voyager has got a unique universe inside as each voyager internalizes what she encounters in a different way from the others, even if the microcity they have visited is the same.
1.The Microcity Without Scale
2.Crystal Microcity
3.The Microcity of Questions
4.Flying Microcity
5.The Microcity of Music
The microcity without a scale is one of the five microcities at the very beginning of the universe. If the voyager who goes through the moving roads, enters the gravitational field of the microcity without a scale, he/she sees the entry of the tiny tunnel. It is too narrow, how to fit into it? It requires courage and curiosity for the voyager to take the first step. If the voyager has them inside, the tunnel starts to get wider and aspires the voyager inside the microcity without a scale. Boxes and boxes… Large, so large, tiny, so tiny boxes… Some of them are black as soot, and some of them are covered in vivid colors. The voyager can get access to what she wants, if she has got enough courage and curiosity. She defines her boundaries herself in her wishes and there are incisive mirrors everywhere with sharp corners. The voyager sees herself in these mirrors and faces herself each and every time. She wishes her will, than faces his/her fears in those mirrors. If her curiosity prevails her fears, the scale gets larger owing to the courage and the energy aspires her; inside, she attains her wish. But, if she is still afraid of the ambiguousness that stands in front of her, she can’t reach her wishes without courage. Her wishes get tinier and tinier, becoming tiny grains of sand. The scales get smaller, the tunnels get narrower. The microcity without a scale can be freaky and dark as well as being exciting and colorful for the voyager. The voyager, who knows what she wants, should just wish and then face herself curiously and bravely in the mirror. If the voyager has got enough curiosity and courage, the tunnels will get wider, aspiring her, colors and light, the courage of the voyager will increase and will be filled with curiosity with all the energy. If the reflections that she sees in the mirror are just despair and fear, everything will get smaller, narrower. The voyager will tread on her wishes. Her fears reflect from mirrors, and everywhere the grey clouds... The despair will fill the voyager’s heart. It’s possible to face your fears, to catch up your wishes in the microcity without a scale. All of them are within the voyager’s control. One of the microcities, the microcity of crystals is really dangerous for a voyager. The sunbeams that hit to the crystals refract colorfuly, the rainbows appear in the sky. The voyager who visits the microcity of cristals can reach both the future and the past. Here the ground is slippery and the voyager can be dragged to places that she doesn’t want to go. There are crystals for each age, each year, each day and each moment. Time and events have been reserved in different crystals. It is enough for the voyager to reach the crystal of the past or future to see what he/she wants to see. She handles the crystal and then goes into it. The microcity of cristals is really dangerous. The notion of time is in danger of disappering in this microcity. If the voyager falls under the crystal’s spell and thus she is trapped in between the past and future, he/she might stay in the city of cristals forever. In that case, the past of the voyager and the future that will never exist again will be crystalized and belong to the microcity of cristals. That means the end of the travel, the end of the new experiments for those voyagers. The microcity of questions manifests itself by increasing the number of questions in the voyager’s mind. The voyager, who can’t resist to the questions that spring up in his mind anymore, goes ahead on the road that smells like curiosity and old books. Thereby, she arrives to the microcity of questions. In this microcity, taking the next step is only possible through the answers the voyager finds to her questions. Each breath means the coming of new questions to the voyager’s mind. The microcity of questions includes the answers too, but just for the voyagers who seek for them. There are books everywhere and the answers also have got a physical existence in this microcity. The voyager can see them everywhere. There are niches to get in, and hills to mount. The voyager can be isolated and stay just with herself, therefore she can read as long as she wants and seek answers for her questions in her mind. All the voyagers who stop by the microcity of questions, leave their answers before they leave. On leaves, on the ground, on water… As she lives in the microcity of questions, the voyager is enlightened. He/she has enough time to think and to learn. The curves of his/her brain keep moving every second, the voyager’s perception is always open. She seeks for answers, never sleeps as the microcity of questions is sleepless. As the voyager reads and seeks for answers, she doesn’t need to sleep anyway, her body rests and her eyelids don’t need to close, and her mind doesn’t want to take a break. When the voyager leaves the microcity of questions, she masses her answers under each and every rock and in order to attain new experiments, she moves to to a new microcity together with the answers she has found. When the voyager comes closer to the flying microcity, she feels lighter inside, her cells are as if they are full of air. When the voyager enters the microcity being lead by the moving roads, she doesn’t have any connection with the ground anymore. She recognizes that she moves in the turbulance. When the voyager looks up to the sky, she sees that she is in a huge balloon which is going up to the sky. In fact, the flying microcity is a huge balloon. The sky isn’t infinite here. The boundaries of this huge balloon puts the limitations for everything. The rules are peculiar to flying microcity in this restricted space. The voyager who visits the flying microcity, doesn’t feel the weight of her body anymore. The life is experienced on every level in between the clouds and the ground. Each cubic meter is full of life. There are several platforms that are fixed to the ground by wispy strings which come out of the land. The voyager holds on to them when she needs. Together with her body flying freely in the air, the thoughts of the voyager fly in the flying microcity. She doesn’t limit herself, gets lighter, the thoughts fly around… She doesn’t have to hold on anywhere. The body is weightless and free to do anything it can’t do when it was in the effect of gravity. The voyager draws on the air by her body that flies around, the clouds, the flying platforms and the nets which come out of the ground carry the traces of voyagers’colorful blemishes. The pressure of the gravity isn’t felt anymore in neither the voyager’s body, nor the voyager’s mind. Everything is possible for the free minds. The voyager who finds herself on the roads again, hears melodies. If she sets her heart on these melodies, she starts to go ahead on the colorful stairs that has been formed by the transformation of the moving roads. The stairs that sound differently on each steps, create a song which reaches to the voyager’s ears. That is the microcity of music. The voyager discovers the song in him/herself, and also becomes a part of the other voyagers’ songs in the microcity of music. All the objects here have their own voice. Each step of the voyager, each object that the voyager touches makes sounds with various tones. The steps which have different colors and sounds, rise around the infinite org with an infinite height that extends from the middle of the city to the sky. There are meandering roads with different heights around these steps. The strings that connect the sky and these meandering roads are also the source of the sounds for the songs of the voyagers. The plants of the microcity of music are also unique. Here, there are trees with hollow trunks and branches. When the wind is flowing through holes with different sizes into the braches and trunks, it whistles. The cells, in which the voyagers find place to sleep, dangle from meandering roads at the end of strings. The cells which oscillate by the effect of wind become the sources of different kinds of sounds both by touching each other and with the tiny bells on them. When the voyagers who have got common interests come together, cheery and rhythmic melodies are composed. Sometimes, the music gets tense and creepy and during the night, music of the city is composed mostly of the piano tunes. The voyagers whose roads intercept in the microcity of music, become a part of a common song and this song continues playing even after the voyagers leave the microcity of music. The voyager travels among the microcities for a lifetime. When she leaves each of them, she definitely has added somethings to her inner world. Although it depends on the voyagers, it’s possible that a new microcity might come into existence by the reflection of the fortunes that comprise of the voyagers inner world to the universe. This way, the microcities in the universe gradually increase in number and they become endless. These microcities which come out of the inner worlds of the voyagers are visited by other voyagers and add new experiences to their inner worlds. That triggers the birth of new microcities in the universe forever.
