Besides cruising in a motorboat or sailing, this also includes wakeboarding, kiting, surfing, etc. We cater for the different groups of exhibitors and offer a broad and convincing portfolio of the associated sports, accessories, services

FASCINATING WATER SPORTS EVENTS

Do you want to showcase your products and services? INTERBOOT can offer so much more! As a trade and event fair we provide interesting information about water sports, fascinating water sports experiences and exciting sports competitions. For all exhibition areas there is a supporting programme that provides an additional way to showcase your services. At the INTERBOOT Academy, you can directly contact prospective customers via presentations, seminars or workshops, and convey your message in a targeted manner. Exciting lecture programmes are also offered by the association of Lake Constance boatyards and the magazines YACHT and IBN. It’s time to practice: kids and teens can try out the coolest water sports at the INTERBOOT ­Action Days. We promote young talent and have fun, for example with our Mini 12 sailing for children with disabilities. INTERBOOT’s “Your Job – Your Moment” initiative also whets the youngsters’ appetite for a professional future in the industry. Time to take the helm – enjoy motor boat training for women which is organised by the BOOTE editorial team. At the Media-Cup, media crews from the four-country region sail for the trophy and let readers and listeners participate in their experiences. You can also inspire your customers, e.g. by inviting them on board in the SUP Test Area or during the INTERBOOT SurfDays. 8

The internationally advertised INTERBOOT ­Trophy delivers high-class regatta sport directly in front of the Friedrichshafen promenade, where the public can also admire beautiful craft from the history of water sports at the Vintage Boats Regatta.

SWITZERLAND VISITS INTERBOOT! On the one hand, the high visitor numbers from Switzerland highlight the strong interest in water sports among the Swiss. Switzerland has the highest number of boat owners in ­Europe per capita. Furthermore, INTERBOOT cooperates closely with the Swiss boatbuilders’ association. The result is the SUISSE@INTERBOOT, an exclusive area of the fair for Swiss exhibitors.

With INTERBOOT on Tour, we carry out an ad­ vertising campaign for the industry by road. From the beginning of May, two INTERBOOT mobile vehicles will be touring the catchment area, arousing interest in the trade fair and ­water sports activities in general. Visitors can find out about INTERBOOT, pre-order the INTERBOOT Card, win fantastic prizes in the INTERBOOT Wheel of Fortune, and try out the SUP test board.

Every two years, the INTERBOOT Media Day helps to generate excitement in the run-up to our trade fair. At this event, media representatives are invited to try out boats as well as the latest water sports equipment. Their positive reports benefit the exhibitors and the wider industry.

Start Boating allows inexperienced sailors to climb aboard, cast off and experience the thrill of sailing or motorboat cruising. This nation­ wide campaign aims to introduce newcomers to the world of boating. So what are you waiting for?
