Today’s solutions for securing tomorrow’s quality of life and the environment. Welcome to IFAT 2014. As the world’s leading trade fair for environmental technologies, IFAT constantly demonstrates its importance – and sets standards for an entire industry in the process. Networking and new prospects. IFAT’s events program. The thing that is so impressive about IFAT’s popular program of related events is the wide range of topics that it covers. Podium events, discussions, country specials and live demonstrations of machines and vehicles at the outdoor site are an open invitation to exchange information at the international level. During the 2012 fair, more than 16,000 visitors took advantage of the opportunity to participate in some 320 lectures and discussions on topics such as water management, phosphorous recycling, recycling management legislation, waste-to-energy solutions and mega cities. A diverse and impressive program of related events awaits you again in 2014. One focal point at the 2014 fair is the topic of “intelligent urbanization”, which is being implemented as a separate platform at several events organized by Messe München. During IFAT, experts will discuss urbanization solutions and exhibitors will present their products and services for metropolitan regions.
