The Symphony Stroll created a new way for the community to enjoy performers in a safe, unique, outdoor environment while doing Christmas shopping downtown. The event had so much success, it will become a staple for the area, according to symphony officials. The upcoming season will feature bagpiper soloist Eric Rigler and five-time Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum-selling pianist and vocalist Michael Feinstein, who will join the season finale. The Owensboro Symphony has performed its annual Concert on the Lawn for more than 30 years. Each year, the symphony provides a free concert on the front lawn of Kentucky Wesleyan College. Most recently, the event featured Grammy- and Emmy-award-winning vocalist Laura Dickinson, who joined the “A Tribute to the Circus” show.
