The Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance, along with many other businesses and community organizations, is committed to supporting professional development initiatives. Networking opportunities are available through a multitude of organizations and activities in the Fort Dodge region.

• Clubs and organizations range from service organizations, school and church groups to hobby clubs.

• Leadership Fort Dodge, an annual program of the Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance, is designed to develop leaders who are informed, dynamic, qualified and motivated.

• Fort Dodge Young Professionals is an organization with the goal of retaining young business professionals in the region through networking and social, civic and professional development events.

• The Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance’s Internship+ Program adds value to internships with an educational lunch series designed especially for area interns. Topics include soft skills, leadership, teamwork, community involvement, and other vital skills for today’s job seekers.

• There are also a number of networking opportunities provided through the Greater Fort
