CONOANY PROFILE Zhuzhou Huarui precision cutting tools Co.,Ltd. was founded on 7 th March, 2007, registered capital of 33.06 million RMB,which located in dongjiaduan high-tech park, Zhuzhou national high-tech Development Zone, Hunan Province. The main business is the production and sales of cemented carbide tools,solid carbide end mills, welded and clamped cutting tools and cemented carbide material. The company independently researched and developed the production process of cemented carbide inserts, adopted advanced production process, production equipment and testing instruments, built a complete world advanced production line of cemented carbide inserts and high-precision mold, specializing in the production of cemented carbide indexable inserts with excellent comprehensive performance, high strength and high hardness. The products are mainly used in aerospace, rail transit, automobile, energy, precision electronics, precision mold and other industries, especially after the company applied the coating technology of traditional inserts coated with a layer of film, the performance of the inserts has changed greatly, which meets the different requirements of high-strength and high hardness workpiece production technology in high-speed cutting machining. The company has completed IS09001:2000 certificate in January, 2009. At the third Cutting Tool User Conference in 2014, its product "HARDSTONE" was awarded “the most potential tool brand". In September 2015, the project of "Technical Transformation of Carbide Indexable Insert production line" was included in the key project of "Zhuzhou Manufacturing 2025" (the first batch). In 2016, Huarui has established Zhuzhou cemented carbide precision cutting tool engineering technology research center. In January 2017,"HARDSTONE " trademark was identified as hunan famous trademark by the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Hunan province . In July 2017, the project of " technological transformation of carbide precision cutting tool production line" was listed in the third batch of Manufacturing Make Hunan Strong. In July 2017, Huarui was regarded as new materials enterprises. Its independent product of “ HARDSTONE” has won the Ringier Technology Innovation Award in 2017, the only domestic enterprise who got this award in the China. Zhuzhou Huarui has passed the national recognition of hi-tech enterprises qualification in September 2017, and once again to be included in the little giant enterprise of Hunan province. In 2018, the company has been included in industrial brand cultivation pilot enterprises by the Commission of Economy and Information Technology of Hunan province. In January 2019, the company has passed the intellectual property management system certification. In April 2019, Zhuzhou Huarui has won "customer satisfaction tool brand" at the fourth Cutting Tool User Conference , while its "Cutting Edge Series” inserts to be the first Cutting Tool Innovation of Golden Front. It was named as Zhuzhou civilization units in 2019. In 2020, it was identified as the technique center of Hunan province. Now, Zhuzhou Huarui has been patented by Chinese State patent Office of 35 projects, including 6 projects of patent for invention.
