MISSION The mission of the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) is to support the personal, academic, cultural and social experience of ethnic minority students and students from other historically under-represented backgrounds; promote the retention of ethnic minority students; provide opportunities forUniversity-wide multicultural education, interaction and dialogue designed to support the growth and development of all students; and to provide individual support and advocacy to ethnic minority students through programming, counseling, and advising.
